Moroccan Singer Dounia Batma Faces Legal Action Over Canceled Fashion Show Contract

The director of a fashion and event company has just filed a complaint against the Moroccan star, Dounia Batma, accusing her of causing him losses estimated at 100,000 dirhams, due to non-compliance with a contract.
The facts date back to last October, when Dounia had received a first down payment of 20,000 dirhams, in exchange for her participation in a fashion show in Paris.
The events that took place recently in the French capital had forced the organizers to move the show to Tangier, reported Aljarida24.
However, by cutting off all contact with the company, Dounia Batma and her spouse have placed the organizers in an uncomfortable situation with the sponsors, knowing that the show is scheduled for March 28.
For the record, Dounia Batma and her sister, Ibtissam, are being prosecuted in a case of blackmail and defamation related to the controversial account Hamza mon bb,, a source of trouble for many public figures and celebrities.
