Moroccan Prime Minister’s Father-in-Law, Prominent Tea Merchant El Hassan El Idrissi, Dies at 82

The Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch is in mourning. He lost one of his loved ones on Monday, August 1st.
According to sources close to the family, El Hassan El Idrissi, the father of Salwa El Idrissi Akhannouch, founder and president of Aksal Group, a holding company specializing in luxury products, department stores and shopping centers and the father-in-law of Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, passed away in the night of August 1, 2022, reports Maroc Hebdo.

The deceased was one of the first tea merchants in Morocco. His funeral took place on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. After a prayer in a mosque in the city of Agadir, the body of the late Hajj Hassan al-Idrisi was buried in the "Taghazout" cemetery.
