Moroccan Police Inspector Arrested in Tetouan After Fatal Shootings in Casablanca

This operation, carried out in coordination with the Prefectural Police Service of the city of Tetouan and its counterpart in Casablanca, was a success.

In a statement, the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) indicates that the police inspector was apprehended in the Cabo Negro area, in Tetouan, in the north of the country.

Accused of "serious professional and legal transgressions during the exercise of his duties with the use of his service weapon," the criticized inspector was suspended from his duties the day before and placed in custody.
