The facts date back to November 1, 2020 in the Migjorn region. The accused visited her daughter’s Instagram profile and saw a post in which she was displaying the rainbow flag, the symbol of LGBTQ+ pride. Furious, she rushed into her daughter’s room, grabbed her by the hair and beat her, while telling her: "For me, you will only be a bitch, you will always be a piece of shit". The daughter asked her to calm down so she could explain what had happened, but to no avail.
