Moroccan Mother Arrested for Allegedly Selling Teenage Daughter to Saudi National

A Saudi national was caught with a 16-year-old minor last Saturday, March 21, at the parents’ home in Temara. He was brought before the Court of Appeal in Rabat by the services of the Royal Gendarmerie.
Intrigued by the frequent visits of a 57-year-old Saudi national to the young girl’s home, the neighbors ended up denouncing the family, accusing the mother of inciting her daughter to debauchery.
During her interrogation, the 16-year-old victim revealed to the investigators that her mother was acting as a pimp, offering her to the Saudi in exchange for 10,000 dirhams.
She also stated that the two suspects organized boozy parties every weekend that she was forced to attend.
