Moroccan Man Arrested in Spain for Threatening Wife with Sword, Police Say

The Catalan police managed to arrest a man of Moroccan nationality, guilty of physical assaults and death threats with bladed weapons against his wife.
The arrest of the defendant took place in Blanes, in the municipality of Girona, following a complaint filed by the victim, who miraculously managed to escape his grip.
Victim of extreme violence, the wife declared suffering from bruises and bruises on several parts of her body, denouncing the attempted murder of her spouse with a sword.
The defendant had tried to flee, according to the local press. But the intensive searches of the Mossos d’Esquadra elements allowed him to be located while he was sleeping in his car.
