Moroccan Woman in Germany Seeks Government Aid After Alleged Police Brutality

A Moroccan national residing in Germany, victim of violence and abuse, has launched an appeal for help to Nezha El Ouafi, Minister in charge of Moroccans Living Abroad, in order to support her in her trial against the German police.
Suspected of being in contact with the Tunisian terrorist, Anis El Omari, due to her surname, Khadija El Hamri was arrested on May 17, 2017, then victim of a very rough interrogation by the German police.
Brutalized, the young woman deplores the attitude of the German police who, despite the lack of incriminating evidence, and the decision of no case to answer taken by the investigating judge, did not issue her a report or present apologies.
Khadija’s misadventure did not stop there. In May 2018, she recounts, "I was the victim of another assault by 14 police officers, who had broken into my home in Cologne, had sequestered my children in a room, before handcuffing me".
After being abandoned by German lawyers, her complaint to the services of the Moroccans of the World claims, was not taken into consideration, on the pretext that her case requires the intervention of the Moroccan consular services.
