Moroccan Man Arrested for Secretly Filming and Selling Pornographic Videos

The judicial police of Marrakech have arrested an individual accused of selling pornographic videos made of girls without their knowledge to dedicated websites.
The suspect was arrested on Saturday at Mohammed V airport as he was about to board a flight to Turkey to escape the police who were already looking for him, reports the daily Assabah. Referred to the prosecutor’s office on Tuesday, the man is accused of selling pornographic videos to international websites, videos that he makes by secretly filming girls in compromising positions.
The case came to light on June 8, after the police services interviewed a 23-year-old girl who tried to commit suicide when she discovered that she appeared in pornographic videos on an international website. She told the investigators that she frequented a man who promised her marriage and was convinced that it was he who had filmed these intimate sequences without her knowledge.
The investigators issued an arrest warrant against the suspect, which allowed them to arrest him at the airport. Questioned, he confessed, acknowledging that he had attracted girls to whom he promised marriage to his apartment equipped with hidden cameras to film them during their sexual acts. He then made video montages that he sold to pornographic websites.
