Moroccan King Mourns Passing of Renowned Theater Artist Anouar Al Joundi

King Mohammed VI has sent his condolences to the family of artist Anouar Al Joundi, who died on Tuesday at the age of 59. In his message, the Sovereign expressed his deep sadness at this enormous loss.
The king says he remembers Anouar Al Joundi as a creative and talented artist who greatly contributed to the promotion of national theater through his writings, his staging and his interpretation. He says he shares the suffering of the family as well as that of the artists for this painful loss.
While remembering the patriotism of the deceased and his sincere loyalty to the glorious Alaouite Throne, Mohammed VI implores the Almighty to amply reward the deceased for his good deeds, and to grant patience and comfort to his family.
