Moroccan Healer Accused of Torture and Fraud by International Businessmen

Many businessmen, originally from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Tunisia, have filed a complaint against a famous healer known in Kénitra and Témara, whom they accuse of torture, sequestration, fraud and deception.
The plaintiffs explain that they had remote exchanges with the healer and his assistant, a Palestinian presenting himself as an "expert in spiritual sciences", before arriving in Morocco. Once at Casablanca airport, they went to Kénitra and Témara where they were entitled to healing sessions in villas, relays Assabah.
Roqya sessions that led to health complications for a Franco-Tunisian due to the practices of the healer who subjected him to back burns. Dissatisfied with the treatment, the victim demanded the refund of the sum of 60,000 dirhams paid to the healer. But the latter refused his request.
Two victims interviewed by the agents of the Kénitra police prefecture, as part of the investigation conducted under the supervision of the public prosecutor’s office of the court of first instance of the city, also recognized having been defrauded by the healer. Yet the latter publishes on his social networks videos confirming the healing of his foreign clients.
Several victims have already been heard by the police services of Rabat, Salé, Témara, Khémisset and Kénitra. Others, perhaps, by the judicial police brigade of the Témara-Skhirat police area.
