Moroccan Government Website for Expatriates Goes Offline, Raising Concerns

One of the only official communication channels of the Moroccan government for Moroccans of the world is no longer online, at least at the time these lines are written.
Is it a technical error or a complete disappearance of this channel pending the appointment of a minister or a Secretary of State? In any case, the site has not been available since Monday, August 29, and according to information from its host, the managers and administrators have been notified.
It is now up to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to quickly restore access so that MREs do not feel excluded again...
