Algerian Hacker Targets Moroccan University Website, Claims Data Breach

The official website of the University of Sciences Fès is the target of a cyberattack orchestrated by an Algerian hacker.
A cyberattack targeted the official website of the University of Sciences Dhar El Mahraz in Fès (FSDM) on Friday, August 5, reports Morroco World News. The author of this maneuver would be an Algerian hacker, who left his signature with the Algerian flag on the university’s website and a caption: "No peace between systems." On Twitter, he claimed to have collected three million lines of data, including emails and passwords.
A similar cyberattack had been orchestrated in 2021. The target? The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) whose official website was out of service on November 22. It took a titanic effort to make the site (cgem.ma) available again.
