Moroccan Government Spokesperson Tests Positive for COVID-19, Isolates at Home

The delegate minister in charge of relations with Parliament, government spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, has tested positive for Covid-19.
According to his office, Baitas is unable to host the traditional post-government council press conference. Indeed, the minister is currently isolated at his home where he is following his treatment, in accordance with the anti-Covid health protocol.
His health condition is "stable". Mustapha Baitas is presenting "very mild symptoms that are not worrying [...] because he completed the vaccination process on time, including the third booster dose received on December 15," the same source points out.
It should be recalled that this is the first Covid-19 infection announced within the new government led by Aziz Akhannouch.
