Moroccan Football Federation Tightens Regulations on Player Agents

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation is demanding more seriousness from player agents in all signed sports contracts, which, according to the national football authority, must be declared in detail.
In a statement, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) states that for the summer 2022 transfer window, all contracts signed with Moroccan players must be declared. It invites all agents to do so as soon as possible, in accordance with law 30.09 on physical education and sport.
Any agent wishing to continue his activities must scrupulously respect these provisions. Thus, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation stresses that "the guarantee of the continuation of the agents’ activity during the summer 2022 transfer period depends on the sending of the statement of sports contracts concluded accompanied by the financial amounts for the 2021-2022 season, before August 1, 2022".
