Moroccan Football Federation Launches Probe into World Cup Ticket Scandal

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) wants to get to the bottom of the case related to the black market sale of tickets intended for Moroccan supporters in Qatar.
It was during the meeting of the FRMF executive committee that Fouzi Lekjaa announced the establishment of a commission whose mission will be to submit, no later than January 10, the report on the scandal of tickets sold on the black market during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The president of the federation promises to take action to discourage this bad behavior maintained by certain well-connected people in the Moroccan football environment.
"I will spare no effort, personally and with you, to take all strict measures, as soon as possible, against these wretches who have taken advantage of this event, whatever their positions or responsibilities," affirmed the president of the FRMF.
"Any person who is found to be involved in any way in the manipulation of tickets will no longer find a place in the football sector after January 10. He will be expelled from the sector permanently if these files are not presented to the competent judicial authorities."
