Moroccan Firm Unveils Automated COVID-19 Prevention Airlock

An automatic hygiene airlock of Moroccan design and manufacture was presented last Thursday in Casablanca by SCA Technology.
As part of the fight against the spread of Covid-19 and to ensure compliance with health measures, the Moroccan security specialist SCA Technology presented an automatic airlock of Moroccan design. This instrument ensures compliance with physical distancing, automatically controls temperature and distributes gel, all without human intervention. It also fights the spread of bacteria and viruses by guaranteeing the systematic handwashing of each entry into secure premises.
This innovation is 100% Moroccan in design with a local integration rate of nearly 80%, says Abdelilah Lebrigui, CEO of SCA Technology. The airlock is equipped with a facial recognition terminal system, with temperature control and proper wearing of the mask, and LED indicators that ensure the proper functioning of the process. It also has a modular system facilitating maintenance and replacement of consumables.
This innovation comes from production by SCA Technology, which for three years had been designing physical barriers before adapting its products to current health measures to fight Covid-19. These hygiene systems are ready to be installed in all businesses, schools, institutions, public places and others.
SCA Technology plans to export its product to foreign markets, especially in the South.
