Moroccan Father Sentenced to 13 Years for Sexual Abuse of Underage Daughters in Spain

The court in Segovia (Castile and León) has sentenced a Moroccan to 13 years in prison for sexually assaulting two of his underage daughters.
The Moroccan, who has no criminal record, was found guilty of the crimes of continuous sexual assault and abuse of one of the minors and sexual abuse of the second. For these acts, the judge sentenced him to eight years in prison for one and a five-year sentence for the other. He is also prohibited from communicating with the victims, from approaching them, their home, place of study or work at a distance of less than 500 meters, reports ABC.

Regarding the first daughter, the restraining order covers a period of 10 years, with eight years of probation. It will be executed once the defendant has finished serving his sentence and paid a compensation of 60,000 euros. As for the second daughter, five years of probation will be necessary and the Moroccan will have to pay her a compensation of 3,000 euros.
