Three Moroccan Immigrants Sentenced to 7 Years for Assaulting Far-Right Activists in Madrid

The Madrid court sentenced three young Moroccans to seven years in prison and to pay compensation of 4,100 euros for attacking two young militants of an extreme right-wing group in the San Blas neighborhood of Madrid last October. They will be deported from Spain at the end of their prison term.
The facts date back to October 14, 2020, when a fight allegedly broke out between migrant minors and young neo-Nazis in the San Blas neighborhood of Madrid. In the videos of the clashes, we see four young men attack two others with sticks and stones, until one of the two loses consciousness and falls to the ground. The second was trying to defend himself with a motorcycle helmet, reports Público.

The first, savagely beaten, was hospitalized. He had fractures to the nose and skull and a dislocation of the upper jaw. As for the second, he had suffered bruises and a wound to the forehead that required several stitches.
For these acts of which they were found guilty, the judge sentences them to seven years in prison and to pay compensation of 4,100 euros. They will also be deported from Spain once they have served their sentence.
