Moroccan Family Arrested at Ceuta Port: Hashish Found Hidden in Child’s Car Seat

The Civil Guard of Ceuta arrested on Saturday a Moroccan who was transporting drugs hidden in a vehicle, while he was going to Algeciras (Cadiz) with his wife and their three minor children.
The civil guards stopped the vehicle in the port of Ceuta for a routine search. During the operation, they found the drugs hidden inside a child seat in the trunk of the car. In total, 6,250 grams of hashish resin were seized.

The agents then arrested the driver of the vehicle, a 38-year-old man from Ceuta, his wife and their three minor children.
The accused were made available to the competent court as alleged perpetrators of a crime against public health. The three minors, on the other hand, were made available to the juvenile judge.
