Moroccan Expat Arrested at Spanish Border with 16 Kilos of Hidden Drugs

Some 16 kilos of drugs were seized on Monday at the Bab Sebta crossing point in the car of a traveler. It is a Moroccan residing abroad (MRE).
During a joint control operation, customs elements, in collaboration with the police, seized this quantity of drugs, in the form of tablets, which was hidden inside a hiding place built into the dashboard of a vehicle registered in Spain, driven by a Moroccan residing abroad (MRE), who was about to leave the national territory, says a customs source to the Map.
The person concerned was handed over to the judicial police to further investigate this case, under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office.
