Moroccan Customs Incinerates Massive Drug Haul in Kenitra

The customs services of Rabat-Salé-Kenitra (RSK) destroyed, on Wednesday in Kenitra, a large quantity of seized drugs, including cannabis, as well as illicit and contraband products.
More precisely, more than 142.3 kg of cannabis, 854 kg of kif, more than 108 kg of powdered and leaf tobacco, 17,396 psychotropic tablets, more than 28.9 kg of "maâjoune", as well as 345 units of cigarettes were incinerated.
These products were destroyed in the presence of representatives of the local authorities and the various security services, under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office, according to the regional directorate of customs and indirect taxes of RSK in a press release.
