Moroccan Consulate Aids Nationals Stranded at Paris Orly Airport Amid Flight Suspensions

The Moroccan Consulate in Paris intervened on Sunday evening, March 15, to assist Moroccans stranded at Orly airport since the morning, due to the suspension of air links between Morocco and France.
Pending the establishment of a service to the country, the consular authorities accompanied all passengers to a hotel in the city.
The decision of the Moroccan government to suspend all international flights has created a chaotic situation in all the country’s border posts.
Since the entry into force of the measure, many Moroccans wishing to return to their country have remained stranded in airports and international ports, in the hope of a reaction from the authorities of the country.
