Moroccan Army Chief Meets Top US Military Officials to Bolster Security Cooperation

On a working visit to the United States, the Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), General of the Army Corps Belkhir El Farouk was received on Monday in Washington by the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces, Christopher W. Grady.
According to a Pentagon statement, "the exchanges between the two military leaders focused on security cooperation, strengthening military readiness and other areas of common interest."
The military institution recalled that the United States and Morocco share a strong bilateral military relationship, capable of contributing to stability and security in North Africa.
