Moroccan General to Attend Israeli Military Innovation Conference in Tel Aviv

At the invitation of the Israeli Defense Forces, the Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and Commander of the Southern Zone, General Belkhir El Farouk, will soon make a working visit to Israel.
General Belkhir El Farouk is expected in Israel next week to participate in an international conference on military innovation and renewal to be held from September 12 to 15 at the IDF headquarters in Tel Aviv, report Israeli media. In addition to Morocco, NATO, the United Kingdom, the United States, India, Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands, etc. will also participate in this first conference. Israel expects to host 25 military delegations, 9 army commanders, in addition to 200 high-ranking army chiefs.
This high-level military conference aims "to deepen cooperation in the fields of strategy and defense, promoting mutual learning and international cooperation in the development of military capabilities," the IDF said in a statement, adding that it is an additional step in strengthening cooperation between the IDF and other countries in the world, as well as for regional security and stability.
A new military model that "will reflect the latest capabilities in combat methods" will be presented at the close of this conference, Ella Waweya, deputy spokeswoman for the Israeli army, told Arab media.
