Moroccan Ambassador to Kenya Manages Embassy Remotely Amid Travel Restrictions

El Mokhtar Ghambou was about to join his post in Kenya after spending his vacation between Nador and Kenitra when he was surprised by the suspension of air travel and maritime transport.
