Moroccan Actress Latifa Ahrar Reports Threats During TV Show Filming, Police Investigate
Moroccan actress Latifa Ahrar filed a complaint for threat and intimidation, after receiving a call from an unknown person during the filming of the semi-final prime of the "Stand up" show.
In a video posted on her Instagram page, Latifa Ahrar claims to have received a call from an unknown person during the filming of the semi-final prime of the "Stand up" show, informing her that she was threatened with physical assault. She immediately filed a complaint with the competent authorities.
The Rabat police services opened an investigation which proved fruitful: the author of the threat was identified. The Moroccan actress says that it is an unknown individual who wanted to make her believe that she was threatened with the vile intention of blackmailing her.
Delighted that the police quickly incapacitated the person concerned, Latifa Ahrare expressed her gratitude to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), as well as to all the security agents for their serious work, their proactive approach and their support for victims in such a situation.
