Monaco’s Ben Seghir Scores Again as Rising Star Shines in Ligue 1 Victory

AS Monaco won 3-2 against Auxerre in Ligue 1 on Wednesday night. A victory to which Moroccan player Eliesse Ben Seghir contributed.
Third goal in six games. The young striker once again stood out during the 21st matchday of Ligue 1, scoring a superb goal thanks to a long-range shot.
A talent to be preserved according to his coach. "Let him grow like all the young people with us. Developing them is also at the heart of our project," the Belgian technician recalled to journalists who questioned him about the failed transfer of the player.
Philippe Clément recalled that the competition is obvious since within AS Monaco, there are many young players who, like the 20-year-old attacking midfielder, are doing everything to get as much playing time as possible. It should be remembered that Eliesse Ben Seghir was on Stade Rennais’ radar during the summer transfer window. But AS Monaco did not want to part with its new Moroccan prodigy.
