AC Milan Cools Interest in Moroccan Midfielder Reda Belahyane

AC Milan seems to have put the brakes on its ambitions to recruit the Moroccan international Reda Belahyane, currently playing at Hellas Verona.
According to the site Milan News 24, the Lombard club, initially interested in the profile of the defensive midfielder, would have decided to take a step back.
Despite contacts established with the player’s entourage, no concrete offer would be in preparation. Several reasons could explain this change of direction. The Milanese club would consider other tracks to strengthen its squad or would wait for the return from injury of the Algerian Ismaël Bennacer, absent from the field for several months.
This decision comes as several major European clubs, including Inter Milan and Olympique de Marseille, have expressed interest in the Moroccan player. The performances of Reda Belahyane, particularly in the latest international matches with Morocco, have attracted the attention of recruiters.
The national coach Walid Regragui has also trusted him in the qualifying matches for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
