Midair Hero: Moroccan Passenger Thwarts Arson Threat on Paris-Fez Flight

The events took place on a flight of the Air Arabia company operating the route between Paris Charles-de-Gaulle airport and Fez-Saïss. According to sources on board, a passenger entered a state of "extreme hysteria", expressing a strong desire to smoke and mentioning psychological disturbances.

Faced with this situation, the man threatened to set fire to the interior of the aircraft. A young Moroccan passenger then intervened without hesitation. With the help of other travelers and using a belt provided by a flight attendant, he managed to control the agitated individual, thus ensuring the safety of the flight despite a shoulder injury sustained during the altercation.
