Mentally Ill Man Hospitalized After Knife Attack on Belgian Tourist in Morocco

After physically assaulting a foreign tourist, a mentally disturbed man was hospitalized at the Inzegane Psychiatric Hospital.
According to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), the aggressor is a mentally unbalanced person who was begging.
Armed with a knife, he had slightly injured a Belgian tourist on the nose for not having given him money.
The victim received the necessary care while the suspect was hospitalized in the psychiatric hospital on the instructions of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, concludes the DGSN.
