Marseille Midfielder Guendouzi’s Home Burglarized During Match, Luxury Watch Stolen

French international of Moroccan origin Mattéo Guendouzi was the victim of a burglary at his home in Cassis during the friendly match between his club Marseille and Bayer Leverkusen.
After the Italian international Gianluigi Donnarumma, goalkeeper of Paris Saint-Germain, burgled and assaulted at his home in the 8th arrondissement of Paris where his companion was also present last month, Mattéo Guendouzi received the visit of burglars at his home in Cassis on Wednesday evening while he was facing Bayer Leverkusen in a friendly match (2-1) at the Vélodrome stadium, reports La Provence.
Fortunately, his companion was on the spot. She called the police and managed to scare off the criminals. But the burglars fled with a luxury watch estimated at nearly 200,000 euros.
