Marrakech: A French woman injured by the collapse of a facade

Part of the facade of a house collapsed in the Riad Zitoun Jdid neighborhood of Marrakech, injuring a French tourist.
The woman, who was walking with her husband in the old town, was hit in the leg, reports the local site kech24, which specifies that her husband, on the other hand, was not injured.
The local authorities, including the police and civil protection, quickly arrived on the scene. The victim was taken to the Mohammed VI hospital to receive the necessary care.
Many homes in the old town of Marrakech suffered last September from the terrible earthquake that hit the entire region. The earthquake had killed about three thousand people and the same number of injured.
The recent rains that hit the region have also weakened the old houses of the medina of the ochre city.
