Manchester United’s Mazraoui Suffers Setback with New Injury Against West Ham

New blow for Noussair Mazraoui. The Moroccan defender of Manchester United suffered a new injury on Sunday, during the match against West Ham (1-2) in the Premier League.
Will Noussair Mazraoui be able to get back on the pitch before the end of the season? This is the concern of the Manchester United supporters after this new injury of the Moroccan international, contracted in the 84th minute of play, forcing the now former Dutch coach Erik ten Hag to replace him with Victor Lindelöf.
The supporters fear that this latest injury will keep Mazraoui off the pitch for a long period, depriving the English club of its defender who has been delivering exceptional performances since the start of the season. The Atlas Lion was in the plans of coach Hag who was working to get the best out of him by positioning him as an attacking midfielder, a position where he particularly shone in the match against Fenerbahçe.
For sports analysts, this new injury to the Moroccan international is a blow for the Red Devils who are going through a difficult period and need experienced and versatile players like Mazraoui to make a difference in defense as well as in attack.
For now, Manchester United has not issued an official statement to inform about the severity or nature of Mazraoui’s injury, leaving room for comments about the future of the Moroccan defender, both in the club and in the Moroccan national team.
