Manchester United to Decide on Amrabat’s Future as Loan Option Nears Deadline

Manchester United still retains the option to buy the Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat from his Italian club, Fiorentina. The English club intends to make its final decision on the future of the Atlas Lion.
Will Sofyan Amrabat continue his adventure at Old Trafford? Manchester United will make a final decision on the future of the Moroccan international next week, believes transfer market specialist journalist Fabrizio Romano, adding that the management of the English club United still retains the purchase option.
A semi-finalist in the last World Cup, Sofyan Amrabat joined Manchester United at the end of the summer transfer window on loan from ACF Fiorentina until June 2024 for a fee of 10 million euros with a purchase option of 21.5 million pounds. He struggled to establish himself at Old Trafford. He played 30 matches with the Red Devils, and it was only at the end of the season that he shone. The 27-year-old player notably contributed to the club’s victory in the FA Cup final - his passing accuracy was 93 percent.
After the end of the loan, Sofyan hopes to extend his adventure with the Red Devils. His agent is indeed in full negotiations with the English club.
