Major Drug Bust: 134 kg of Cannabis Seized at French-Spanish Border, Two Arrested

A large quantity of drugs was seized last week inside a vehicle at the Cette-Eygun (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) level. Two Moroccans were arrested.
According to the French customs, quoted by local media, including La République du centre, 134 kilograms of cannabis were seized inside a vehicle in which three people were traveling, two Moroccans and a Spanish national.
In addition to the quantity of drugs, the customs officers also found 13,000 euros in cash, the same source specifies.
The three people were placed in custody as part of the investigation. After 96 hours, it was the Specialized Interregional Jurisdiction (JIRS) of Bordeaux that took over as part of this judicial investigation.
