Magnitude 4.0 Earthquake Strikes Morocco’s Driouch Province

The province of Driouch has just been hit by a seismic shock. With a magnitude of 4.0 on the Richter scale, it was recorded on Thursday, according to the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
It was at 12:27:21 GMT+1 that the shock, whose epicenter is located in the commune of Talilit, occurred. The National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network of the ING provided the details in a seismic alert bulletin.
The felt shock is at a depth of 16 km, at a latitude of 35.167°N and a longitude of 3.520°W, the same source added.
