Minor 2.0 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Morocco’s Driouch Province

The province of Driouch recorded a slight seismic shock, with a magnitude of 2.0 on the Richter scale, on Sunday, according to the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).
According to a bulletin from the ING’s National Seismic Monitoring and Alert Network, the earthquake occurred at 4:22 p.m. Moroccan time, with its epicenter in the commune of M’hajer.
The felt shock had a depth of 11 km, a latitude of 35.160°N and a longitude of 3.520°W.
