Liverpool Eyes Moroccan Star Sofyan Amrabat in €40 Million Transfer Bid
German coach Jürgen Klopp of Liverpool is looking for talents like Sofyan Amrabat, the Moroccan midfielder of Fiorentina, to strengthen his team for next season.
After being eliminated this season in the Champions League round of 16 and missing out on qualifying for the Europa League, Liverpool wants to strengthen its team for next season. Klopp is said to have entered into negotiations with Firoentina to sign Sofyan Amrabat, reports Fichajes, specifying that the English club is ready to spend 40 million euros to recruit the 26-year-old Moroccan midfielder.
Sofyan Amrabat, one of the revelations of the World Cup in Qatar, is attracting the interest of several major European clubs, including FC Barcelona which is coming back to the charge, after the failed transfer of the Moroccan international during the January transfer window.
