Liverpool Eyes Loan Move for World Cup Star Sofyan Amrabat

Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat is already shaking up the January transfer window that is about to open. Highly interested in the midfielder, Liverpool would consider a loan to strengthen its team. An option ruled out by Fiorentina.
Author of a remarkable performance at the 2022 World Cup, the lively defensive midfielder is on the radar of several European clubs. Among them, Liverpool who would have taken the lead to enroll the Moroccan at all costs.
According to journalist Dean Jones, the English club has already inquired about a possible loan deal for the Fiorentina midfielder. The Reds had already been in contact with the Serie A team about a temporary recruitment for Amrabat, he said.
"Out of the question," the journalist believes, according to whom AC Fiorentina has already set its price to release the Moroccan player whose contract expires in June 2024. The Italian club plans to demand up to 40 million pounds sterling for Amrabat, he specified. Liverpool would not be willing to spend this amount, it is added.
But this transfer should certainly take place, as the player himself considers a move to Anfield as an "obviousness". For now, no concrete information about the player’s future has leaked. January is likely to be very eventful for the 26-year-old Moroccan.
