Kuwait Urges Citizens to Leave Morocco Amid Rising COVID-19 Cases

From the green zone, Morocco, for a few weeks now, is heading towards the red with the many cases of contamination recorded since the appearance of the Omicron variant. As a precautionary measure, the Kuwaiti embassy in Rabat has called on its nationals to leave Morocco.
Kuwaiti nationals are invited to leave Moroccan territory due to the speed with which cases of contamination have been recorded in recent days. The directives, according to some local media, come from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which, through several communiqués, has asked its citizens to avoid certain destinations, including Morocco.
In addition to Morocco, Kuwait advises its nationals against France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.
