King Mohammed VI Orders Full Medical Care for Moroccan Football Legend at National Center Opening

The inauguration, last Monday, of the National Football Center in Maâmora near Salé by King Mohammed VI was attended by several personalities from the political and sports world.
Among those present were the former Atlas Lions who had marked the golden age of national football, including Noureddine Naybet, Aziz Bouderbala and Mohamed Timoumi.
When inquiring about Timoumi’s health, who was leaning on a pair of crutches, the Sovereign ordered that the former player’s entire medical care be taken care of. This special attention paid to a former football legend was greatly appreciated by the player and the personalities present.
To recall, Mohammed VI proceeded on Monday, December 9, to the inauguration of the largest African football center, a complex that required an investment of 630 million dirhams.
