King Mohammed VI Mourns Pioneering Moroccan Journalist Fahd Yata

Following the death last Saturday of journalist Fahd Yata, King Mohammed VI sent a message of condolence and compassion to his family. The journalist was 69 years old.
In his message, the Sovereign expressed his sadness, saluting the loss of one of the pioneers of the national media scene. A professional recognized for his commitment and self-denial, as well as for his contribution to the development of the print media and the consolidation of the noble image of the profession and its ethics, praised King Mohammed VI.
The Sovereign implored the Almighty to grant the deceased’s family, the large journalistic and academic family, as well as his friends and admirers, patience and comfort, to amply reward the late and to welcome him in his paradise among the virtuous.
