King Mohammed VI Congratulates Benkirane on PJD Leadership Election

In this message, the King congratulated Abdelilah Benkirane for demonstrating that he continues to enjoy the trust of his party, which, through the Extraordinary National Congress that elected him to the Secretariat, testifies to the esteem in which he is held by the activists and members of this political party, said Mohammed VI, before stressing that this election testifies to the fact that Benkirane has "a distinguished partisan career and recognized human qualities and political skills, as well as a usual sense of responsibility and an attachment to the sacredness of the Nation."

While reiterating his congratulations, the King implores the Almighty to grant him success in his leadership responsibility, in order to consolidate the position of the PJD on the national partisan scene. Mohamed VI also asks Abdelilah Benkirane to convey his marks of esteem to his predecessor Saad Dine El Othmani and to all the members of the PJD.
