Israeli Tourist Saves Moroccan Rider’s Life After Fall at Marrakech Horse Show

A Moroccan rider was rescued by an Israeli tourist who was attending a Tbourida (fantasia) show in Marrakech. He had just suffered an accidental fall that could have cost him his life.
Panicked, the horse of a 53-year-old rider stumbled after the gunshots of the riders, causing "an accidental fall" of its owner, reports i24NEWS. Rawad Mafraa, the only doctor among the spectators, rushed to the aid of the victim. She provided assistance, first aid and reactivated his heartbeat before the arrival of the emergency services. The latter took the rider to the hospital.
"This man has just been reborn again," says a doctor on duty. He did not fail to pay tribute to the spontaneity and courage of his Israeli colleague. The latter says she did not want to abandon the rider whom his fellow riders thought was already dead.
