Israeli Investors Eye Moroccan Real Estate Market, Forge Local Partnerships

Israeli investors are developing a real interest in Moroccan real estate. Some are already starting to settle in the kingdom.
Many Israeli operators are already forging partnerships with Moroccans in the real estate sector. The businessman Sammy Gal (alias Bouzaglou) has created a company registered with the Tangier commercial court registry, reports Maghreb Intelligence. Its name: "Portal Management Real Estate". The result of a partnership between the Israeli investor and the Moroccan Younès Zouhri, this new company intends to invest in real estate (acquisition, subdivision, management, etc.).
The new tensions between Israel and Palestine will not encroach on this dynamic of cooperation between Moroccan and Israeli players, assure certain sources.
Since the normalization of diplomatic relations between Morocco and the Hebrew state on December 10, 2020, Israeli businessmen have expressed their desire to invest in the kingdom. They are interested in cannabis, avocado, the air transport sector and the tourism sector.
