Inwi to Launch Mobile Money Service in Morocco, Expanding Financial Access

During the Mpay forum, held in Casablanca on June 12, 2019, which brought together more than 200 local and international mobile payment operators, the global operator announced the launch of its "Mobile money" service, which will be a reality in the coming days.
Announced in June, the "Mobile money" by inwi, which will bring greater financial inclusion in Morocco, will be available in a few days. It will allow the greatest number, but also all Moroccans with a mobile phone, to access a wide range of mobile financial services. These will help them, with a click, to do everything instantly: transfer, deposit and withdraw money, pay, recharge their line, etc.
The first telecommunications operator to have obtained the final approval of Bank Al Maghrib, through its new mobile payment subsidiary, Inwi says it is eager to provide its customers, but also all mobile phone owners, with a wide range of mobile financial services thanks to the extent of "its network and the strength of its brand".
During the MPay forum, participants highlighted the contribution of "Mobile money" in the emergence of new financial and digital services adapted to the needs and uses of Moroccans, as in many countries around the world.
