Hospital Officials Arrested in Morocco for Medical Equipment Theft and Corruption

The regional brigade of the judicial police in Fez arrested on Thursday eleven individuals, including a director and civil servants of a public hospital as well as three managers of private healthcare facilities in Taza.
These arrests follow precise information provided by the services of the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance. The suspects are involved in a case including theft, breach of trust, misappropriation of public funds and corruption.
The preliminary investigation reveals that the suspects would have falsified administrative documents to sell and transfer
