Heavy Snowfall and Strong Winds Forecast for Multiple Moroccan Provinces

The Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM) forecasts snowfall and strong gusts of wind on Wednesday and Thursday in several Moroccan provinces.
Snowfall (15-50 cm) will be recorded, from Wednesday, March 23 at 6:00 a.m. to Thursday, March 24 at 11:00 p.m., in the provinces of Al Haouz, Ifrane, Sefrou, Boulemane, Beni Mellal, Azilal, Khénifra, Al Haouz, Midelt and Guercif, the DGM specifies in an orange weather alert bulletin.
The DGM also announces that strong gusts of wind (70/85 km/h) will hit the provinces of Figuig, Jerada, Oujda-Angad, Errachidia, Boulemane and Midelt from Wednesday at 6:00 a.m. to Thursday at 11:00 p.m.
