Hassan II Foundation Opens Reception Center for Moroccan Diaspora During Marhaba 2021

A reception center dedicated to Moroccans residing abroad (MREs) will open from June 25 to September 15, at the headquarters of the Hassan II Foundation, in Rabat, as part of the Marhaba 2021 operation, it was announced on Thursday.
This special device made available to the Moroccan diaspora will make it possible to meet their needs and requests in different areas, particularly legal and economic, informs the Foundation, which specifies that the center will operate continuously from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Assistance and advisory services will be offered in relation to tax and property issues. Specialized staff have been mobilized for this purpose with the Directorate General of Taxes and the National Land Registry Agency. The legal and social assistance unit that supports MREs throughout the year in their difficulties related to legal and administrative procedures will also be operational to inform, advise and guide MREs.
Similarly, the economic promotion unit that supports investors during the various phases of the realization of projects of Moroccans of the world in their country, through guidance, information and support, will be operational. Regarding customs-related services, they will be handled remotely by the Directorate General of Customs in line with the Hassan II Foundation, it is specified.
