The Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Living Abroad (MRE) has already activated its reception and follow-up center to receive complaints from them this summer and help them find solutions to their concerns as part of the Marhaba Operation 2023.
Launched as part of the Marhaba Operation 2023, this center is responsible for responding to the requests and concerns of MREs. The Hassan II Foundation is working on monitoring the affairs of Moroccans abroad, as part of the Marhaba Operation 2023, said Fatiha Amellouk, the communication director of the Foundation, to SNRTnews.
During the Marhaba Operation 2022 (June 5 - September 15), the Foundation’s reception and follow-up center recorded 1,725 complaints in the judicial field, including 697 by telephone calls, 462 by email, and 143 by mail. 423 people also came to the center to express their concerns. The center received about 264 complaints in the economic field from MREs, it is pointed out.
The Foundation will relaunch the organization of the cultural stay for the summer of 2023, Amellouk also announced. This is a stay dedicated to the children of Moroccan immigrants in order to strengthen their ties with the kingdom.
